  1. When the topic is abuse, "I see both sides" is straight up abuser talk. We're not talking about the other side. We're talking about THIS side. About being a victim. And no, being a victim is not fun or desirable. Yes, there are some people who play the victim and have a complex around it. But again, THAT IS NOT WHAT WE ARE TALKING ABOUT HERE.. You can say "but some people are faking it!;11" about anything. And unless that conversation was opened to be expressly about fakers, then THAT IS A DERAIL.. The moment that woman on the left pain in the video opened her mouth.. I had a funny feeling. Something is wrong with her. "I treat people".. do you treat them? Or do you just listen to them talk?   3. Lol. That "doormat mom no more"is a book I know for a fact my mother (whom I cut off long ago after she served a PRISON SENTENCE for what she did to us kids) will buy if she finds out about it. One of the first things she said to me after she got out of the pen was: "I should have been harder on you kids" LMAO. "Okay, bye-bye crazy lady.   5. Agree with a lot of this. But the thumbnail with a silhouette of the mom scolding a boy and him sticking his tongue out... That seems weird. There are some kids who do need to do school the hell out of. Especially boys. Thanks patriarchy. The things that cause estrangement are much more serious. Or at least the depiction would need to be much more nuanced.
