  2. james graeber is a cool resource on the philosophy behind underpaying employees. so often it's because you love your job or because it truly makes a difference.. those jobs are their own reward, of course! :/ very stupid. as soon as i hear an interviewer talk about how i shouldn't be about the money, i'm like BYE FELICIA.

  4. Yeah good point, although at 35:30, our talking head blames capitalism! Lol. Nope. This is caused by socialism. Capitalism means you keep the spoils your own labor and that no one steals it and funnels it through the system to make a leisure class high above you that is completely subsidized by the productivity of the producers. Capital is personal wealth. Personal wealth is good. Capitalism is not the problem here. SOCIALISM CAUSED THIS.

You can blame government for extorting and taxing the crap out of everyone except the Uber rich... Because they ARE the Uber rich, and all of our taxes as well as their taxes go back to them.
