No one gets to decide or organize anyone else. The individual should choose what to participate in and what to refuse to participate in. No Force. If someone begins to show a pattern of poor Behavior, ostracize them. Stop doing business with them. Currently, the West lives under socialism and therefore is in a gridlock wherein we cannot get away from those who wrong us. And in fact, they are protected under the law.
