  1. In as much as "better judged by 12 than carried by 6" if you are surrounded in your vehicle and your car is attacked, then do not stop for anyone. No matter what they charge you with or sue you for later on, it's better than being killed or permanently incapacitated. I have a friend with a TBI who was essentially the victim of a riot. If he had been in a car and been able to mow down his assaulters in escaping, he would probably be 100% uninjured with TBI today

  2. If you are in front of a car that is being attacked and you fail to GET OUT OF THE WAY, and you are killed, the driver should not be charged.
