@yarnickgoovaerts Yes, getting our second hand cast-offs instead of being able to afford their own purchases is somehow totally well-funded. Poland is well funded. Ukraine is not well funded, no matter what excuse you give.

@yarnickgoovaerts That's a crock of shit. And no they don't nearly get very much new equipment at all. The equipment has been donations with most of the donations being cast-offs. You can try and push the lie that they're well-funded but it's just laughable.
