  3.  @winstonchurchill9467  Also, there couldn't be another Stalin because politburo replaced fully autocratic power (right after Stalin, for good reasons obviously) - so my thinking is that USSR would've collapsed near 1990 - 2000 either way, with Gorbachev or after him - politburo can't be too crazy like Stalin/Putin/Ivan IV just because it's more of a collective decision making.
