  2. Humans are naturally goal-striving creatures. If you achieve a goal and don't look for the next one, you'll get bored pretty quickly. Even if it's not business work, we always need to be working towards something. So it's better not to disillusion ourselves with stuff like "I'll work very hard so I can retire early!" like... You're gonna retire, enjoy it, get bored, then look for a new goal. That's how it always goes
