  1. It‘s hard to cultivate quality friendships and relationships, it‘s a lot easier to stay in and tell yourself that you „enjoy being alone“. I‘m sure some people are actual introverts, but I think many people aren‘t and just tell themselves that to feel better about their crap social lives
