Bring it on it's nurse that got Burt ĺast day was burger at McDonald's love each other path way

She did but my point was her disrespect to her resident There was no care there. She did pour at eye level, so inconsistent it's pathways on death vault in nursing I forgot this for. Heal and be well.

@Sandra Caraveo; the thing is that medicine is suppose to be administered at eye level. They don't prescribe that unnecessary, they would be in much pain.. like pathway! So from however you view it's complete sloppy and disgusting care.

If your between Christian belief and in modern society, its very direct in translation really. Religion can be a part of DNA. So being gay man or woman it doesn't alter how they believe. The morality is, sometimes you got to let people be who they are. That's our desires.. so the two are different. You can bring everything to discussion on the bible saying about slavery and immorality but it will tie anyone in knots. What happens.... full circle. A lot of gay people have to reform really because of a state of being and that's sad in todays evidence. So I hardly understand how chose comes into the equation.

@belledejour4182 okay, I clearly see that the nurse use eye level. However, she does this in a really unprofessional manner that brings her demeanour into question. So, it could be malpractice. Morphine is a control medicine that is administered with two signatures and stored in a locked cabinet that is usually attached to a wall. It is likely to be administered when required. That mean the client should have been asked, or discussed with the client. That is medication, you can't put piles in their hands, if there are issues then its referred back with the GP.. In this video, its a bad example of someone that knows the nursing example but is not doing it. If that client was complaining a lot, it needs to be documented. I have worked in the same environment and there is usually a grind somewhere with the complaints from clients, and there are communication barriers. Its important to record that in the care plan daily sheets.

I've workedin health care and I wouldnt demoralize nursing or care team. However, the nurse should be promoting care and that attitude has an effect on others. It's always been procedure in England on controlled drugs to be signed by two signatures. What people don't understand the people/resident's can drain the staff. They are ill so using apathy is better than sarcasm. I must admit when I worked in health care I didn't want to speak to anyone for hours when I went home. It took that long to elevate myself!! So I understand being on the edge.. They will get you there!! And usually when the residents are demanding means they are use to getting everything.

I find as a britz.. communication and I choose friends. They speak English and write to. My dealings was understanding that broken comprehend, and this missing gap. I often find people come to me and understand letters. On a bigger scale, they don't understand the rights in Britain because it's different from other countries. Plead, I was stranger and it took me a long time to adept and progress. So.. It's difference in nationality. Don't let this political blindfold you.

@Peterisnowhere I'm not putting anyone down, and having worked in the same profession I can appreciate how challenging. No she hasn't abused anyone and she proberly doesn't realise this herself. She's speaking quite disrespectful towards a resident that is in pain. Okay moan at work, moan about the hours, low pay or even the rip off merchants that profit from these places and I'd sympathize, but toward a resident... they become excluded being a difficult resident. So they become left and thats cruel. So it's worth taking notice, sometimes it's too long in the same work. I've seen many good nurses in the same disillusion.

Getting my head around this thing, should poles move back to their country following brexit. Long before (in my early years). I travelled and worked with people with different nationality. Where is the sociability? I work now in a mix nationality this doesn't bother me. I am white British but sometimes that gives me the hard shoulder! The reason I think is to do with tension built and this can be defensive. For long time there's been a platform for bigotry since the free movement in Europe. A lot of English (not everybody) there is a narrow view and they don't see the rest of the world. Britain is multicultural now, except it. The bigotry the lady spoke about in this video, this is anti social behaviour really. They wouldn't be bothered before the language anyone spoke. In this country there is freedom of speach, but I often find there are infringements because this intolerance has surfaced. So there are different in freedom of speach and how to use this. Whatever happens following brexit, thing being Britain doesn't lead the way anymore and the effects on economy is reduced. People should wise up.

From north to south. I use my native tongue. I'm from the north and twenty or thirty years ago there was shortages of workers in the south. Some my accent is Irish I know a degree.
