  1. I recently was made redundant. The work was in manufacturing hygiene. There was a lot more involved because of machinery and swabbing, but the plus I could work alone and there was a good pay structure. I'm lucky enough to invest in qualifications that helped me to focus, and i was glad to move on because i was becoming very bored and complacent. I get stuff from negative people, for some its part of their day to get a reaction i suppose. However there is usually a motivation. It doesn’t matter the work a person does, personally i see it being a necessary thing to pay own way and fund things i want to do. My previous employment had always been customer relations and human resources and dealing with the public is a difficult role, it has a knock on effect!! The vibe. Losing it isn't a good idea, especially when its juvenile behaviour. Yes, having a good fitness and nutrition goal and positive mental attitude is the best thing.   3. I agree with the work ethics and saving. The other is budgeting and having system that works. Its prioritising, ( look at what eats at money). I think that anyone can have a saving method. Its a mindset, really something is better than nothing!! Its the pennies and pounds. I did the overtime and the step up and it became a savings pot and when it had reached the thousands then use a better saving goal. I made sure the home was furnished and up to date with appliances and everything was paid on time... in charges it murders any prosperity.
