I worked in health care and NVQ3 here in England. I know CCTV is debated. It really has got to this pitch! Care standard really became implemented around my time working in care. It did improve care standards in homes. You need a dedicated care team and actually quality in training. It's not like tasking or looking after a baby! Even bed bound patience need activity of living. If you have the procedure right it can be done. They still need stimulation. How do you know if they're lucid/ alert ??
