I feel so sickened by what has happened in Southport and my thoughts go to the injured and families that have suffered. I honestly don't know what is happening. Southport isn't that far from my home town of Wigan and this month alone there have been 2 stabbings in the town centre in daylight resulting in fatalities and the other no one was injured. They are just crazies. People need to be told.

There is more scope on a global scale that's what I say... depends where someone wants to take it. in this country its not rewarded. The "golden age" I know what this video is referring with, but that's been taken bit by bit. Employers are not really taken with degree courses. So its hard to relate to the expectation of what they are asking. For younger people this is a difficult gap.... equal no experience follows a catch 22. Its more "down to earth" methods really. Everything here is down graded. I would say always aim higher (however low the time) there maybe something better in how invested. It bring uncertainty and it maybe more worth while following your own design. There wasn't a more down time than the 80s!!

There maybe more about at this time than free broadband. However, free broadband is forecast for the future as with the utilities and energy. So it isn't a crackpot idea. One of those topics that seems "out of touch" in the present, but when it comes "down to earth" it will be more radical.

So sad the time that what is lost. And to give love and our thought would be better than the aftermath. Its thugs.

I was an Amazon customer (the offered a business account), due to amount I spent in one particular time. Was great to begin with, well not too bad. The advertising isn't that good and some items discripution false. However, there became the final straw! How can they have the service they state and not have a good employee relations. They are the same as other large companies that become more concern with their consumption than their customer.

In my experience all banks follow the same broom. However within that group RBS, Natwest... ect. These I've found most destructive and less civil, aswell experience financial loses when there's been no causes. Yes.. they are fee happy!! There are transparency in other banks and financial institutions and I look closely at that. But I say with other people if they're in that banking group that it's hostile.

I deleted my Facebook, I have Twitter but I use it only as a means for news. So YouTube is the only media. Be honest, I was never comfortable being on social media. Thing with Facebook it combines friends, family, business/employment and acquaintance together and that not a good thing really. I haven't used Facebook in years now. I do feel better detached. There are pro's and con's. Anyone that's been into that knows that one feeds on the other. Socially can be anti social and it can disclose a person functional. Since being away from social media the time I've spent been more productive. Agree with this video said "negative gets a greater responds". Facebook seem to be more promotional to particular groups religious/political ect. This was huge put off. Twitter had a sway with tailoring to groups that wasn't in the field. So it was hard to detached.

If they have such self righteous opinions about responsibility and people that work, then they've made a huge amount of money from people on housing benefit. You'll find they're the real cheats because they know every ploy. All they've had to do is sit on their backsides by housing benefits. What makes working persons higher.. rents and everything else are above inflation. Really does get my goat because they're greedy low life landlords and most should be behind bars.

The lady living with mold and damaged property, age of the building could be a factor, with mold I use a spray, however because there is no adequate central heating everytime it rains, and winter it will get worse. My opinion that flat shouldn't be let out

I know easy said than done, benefit as such just keep anyone in that situation. £1,600 isn't good for London and supporting a child.. only income. I get where it's coming from.

I don't think they are in touch and looking upon yesterdays too much. Yes they did exploit the resources in other countries while claiming everything for the crown and was doing that for centuries, but that hasn't much to do with that now. They fail to see the world has moved on and I don't think the people of tomorrow and some of today are going to buy that. The time they`re speaking about has gone. A lot today is done through globe and there is something in the detail because there are countries that are stronger in their investment. Saying that era was born on the after mas of world war 2, this time its born on stupidity, bad politics and divided nation.

It's a horrible system the zero contracts. I can say, the place I work use zero contract but only on the bank/temporary staffing. It does change after 13 weeks. They automatically take them on contracted hours. If they've kept them in a permanent position for over 13 weeks. I was told at interview things like attendance and time keeping can deter but its normally the way they work. I think the other term is adhere to the same department. Normally, they move them to different department more to do with performance. It's a type surfing through resource really, some just drift through. Those that get taken on contracted hours, they normally get permanent setting for the 13 weeks. After that they get taken on.

Only thing sensible to say, "more opportunity in the land for jobs and education, then people would want to live there". Seems everyone made exit.. happens to a lot of area where there's substantial houses. They just create slums!! Happen in my own town, converted a old mill. Place with no windows and housed people... Just roped everyone together creates problems. I think the time of the coal mines is an eye sore!!!

They have to look at the pay structure, its less than attractive, its definitely demoralised. And so much % of an haircut isn't going to do it. What they don't realise it takes degree level to do the work, so it needs that structure. Don't keep using "anybody" because the existing staff won't stay. Really, to perform well in this sector, you need to be career minded because it needs that advancement.
