  1. The employment that offer long term job security is sinking, and I agree that the expectation for a person to work hard from school and then enjoy retirement at the end of their working life. There isn't those jobs that have that sustainable job security. It could be social economic climate. The truth is, to employ people is a liability, and it cost to employ someone. There has been a watering down on employment expectation. There was at onetime things like unsociable hours, and work fitting around family life and weekends being overtime rate. However, the bigger billionaire companies have this foresight syndrome and they are detached emotionally and that can be costly.
