  1. Good when you can switch of from the stress and grind in daily life, even for short time like in meditation. All that congestion boils to something... substance, or matter. I've known people that can't. That's a sort of condition and they "jive talk" this means no matter what the conversation is, they come back to the problem. Saw some traits towards mental health in this video. So it's not so easy to put things down. Maybe see thought as matter to lift and put down.
