  11.  @tomster7574  i go the speed limit driving slower than traffic is also against the law there are no red curbs but there are signs that say to not stop at anytime. maybe tell the same guy to take their time..

I dont want to be a crash test dummy and my car because of some lazy guy that wants to save his own time, by getting rear ended by on coming traffic that might have that one texting or read driver. And then, the guy just drives off to his house right there to repeat it again and again.
