  2. The tonight show was even-handed in its political humor, under both Carson and Leno. Don't you know why it changed? It changed because the nation elected a demagogue as President, someone morally unfit for the office. And now they have done it again, our first felon-in-chief. Decent people are right to push back. Jay no longer has the Tonight Show, so he is free to say what he thinks without repercussions. It is not surprising that he made that mild statement about Trump, because Leno is a decent man.
