  2. Heru- deshet — It is more complicated than that. The projectwas ill-conceived. It was the wrong solution to the problem because FIU wanted to show off their expertise at Accelerated Bridge Construction technology. It backfired big time.

  3. Ynot Drappehs — It isn’t that simple. The tower was not intended to support the span, despite its appearance. It is certainly possible to design a concrete structure capable of spanning that distance, but this one was poorly designed.
