  1. Putting stock performance first is what got Boeing into trouble, and it didn’t help the stock price. The original Boeing philosophy was the right one — build the best airplanes and the company will do well.

  3. Another relocation of hq and the wrong one. The only move that will make me think Boeing is on the right track is back to Washington State. All they need in D.C. is a liason office.

  4. The MAX still has an MCAS system, but it works safely now. Boeing planes are flown by pilots, but all modern aircraft have some automated assist features. It remains true of Boeing aircraft that the pilot has ultimate control. The original version of MCAS was badly flawed.
