  1. H L — What will you do if the airline substitutes a MAX for the one originally assigned? It will cost you, either for not using the ticket or paying more for a ticket which can be cancelled. Then there’s the inconvenience. Talk is cheap — we’ll see what happens in practice. My guess is not one passenger in a thousand will care what plane it is.
