  1. Not many people make a successful insanity plea. It doesn't really get her "off" because she is in custody in a psychiatric hospital as long as she is considered a threat.

  5. There is no point in speculating. Males sometimes are judged insane as well, but it is rare in any case. The person who shot President Reagan was judged insane. Every case is judged on its own facts.

  10. Some viewers, myself included, like the narration. They filter the voice to make it dustict from the nirmal voices if the people in the video, which makes it easier to follow.

  12. She was 18 at the time of the crime. She did not ask for an attorney before this interrogation. Minors are not necessarily entitled to have a parent or guardian present anyway.
