  1. Incorrect. The two crashes of the MAX were totally a software issue. The revisions to MCAS software have fixed the problem.

  2. Nearly. The MAX has been fixed. Boeing Airplane is salvageable, but I haven't heard anything from the new CEO about hiw he will save it. Layoffs are not a solution.
