  1. Steven Katz — I’m almost that age and I have unsteady legs. I don’t get into confrontations with anyone if I can avoid it, certainly not with the police. He was harassing the policeman who pushed him away.

  4. He wasn’t exactly being “pushed to the ground,” he was being pushed away. He fell because he’s an elderly person and his legs probably are not as good as they once were. I’m almost that old and I probably would have fallen. So why was he pushed away? Because he was harassing the officers. He had it coming (the push), but it’s too bad he got hurt. It looks to me like one of the officers is calling for assistance right away.
