  15. A driver can refuse to drive a vehicle with unsafe tires, but I understand the pressure. You don't want to lose your job. I had a summer job driving a truck long ago. The truck had rear duals, but one wheel was off (so only one tire on one side). For some reason it took a long time to get the tire fixed or get another one. I drove it and just noted the defect in my daily report every day.
