  4. No, it doesn't. More likely, he was unaffiliated with any political party. But it doesn't matter. This was not a partisan political act. It was the act of a disturbed individual who identified with a fringe group — a group so obscure that most people have never heard of it.

  6. Most likely not a voter. People who are so obsessed with electoral politics that they try to interpret everything that happens in terms of (imagined) party affiliation are ignorant fools. I'm old enough to remember when life was not like this; when people could just discuss a crime or other incident without discussing partisan politics. We were all a lot happier then.
