  2. The FBI sent warnings to all the police departments in the area regarding possible trouble. Capitol Police did not act on the warning.

  3. I thought everyone knew about cell phone pings being trackable. Those can be extremely useful for finding missing persons, for example. Obviously, the FBI would want to see them when investigating such an incident. I have no concerns about this capability at all. It helps solve crimes and that’s a good thing.
