  6. If it had been his actual head, she would have been arrested. What she did was not a credible death threat. Anyway, the FBI did investigate her, and they put her on the no-fly list. There were consequences both from federal officials and from private sources.

I want the US as we once knew it, when people of different politics shared core US values, such as peaceful transition of power, and got along with each other despite having some differences of opinion.

  8. Every case is individual and judged on its own merits. A threat must be considered credible to result in an arrest. Some cases don’t get as far as an arrest, some do. Actually, Madonna said, publicly, that she had thought about “blowing up the White House.” She did not make a credible death threat.
