  1. Normally, it would be ok because the helicopter should have accurate real-time altitude data, and the helicopter pilot should know what the maximum height is for that area and observe it. The question is: why was the helicopter so high?

  2. You shouldn't be. The NTSB have always held press presentations early in an investigation at which they release some of the facts that have been determined.
