  4. Charmaine Henderson — What is crazy is that people are second-guessing the Secretary of the Navy while knowing nothing about how the matter was being handled. It appears to me that he had sufficient reason to relieve the commanding officer. He doesn’t really need much of a reason at all. Command of a Navy ship is not a right.
