  9. It has disappeared because it is in deep water. Clearly you don't understand satellite surveillance or radar. Spy satellites can read the license plate of a car parked in a location of interest, from low earth orbit. They cannot read the plate of a car driving in an unknown location somewhere on a continent, nor can they read the plate of a car under water. As for radar, commercial planes are generally tracked using transponders. When the transponder is off, they don't show up on the radar designed to read the transponder. MH370 did show up on military radar on the Malay peninsula, so we know what route it took in that area. Once it was well into the Indian Ocean, it was out of range of land-based radar.
