  1. I’m a skeptic. My wife was looking at a Nissan, but I didn’t want anything to do with CVT. I don’t even like conventional automatics. I’ve had two, and they both have had problems. Expensive problems. My Chevy Colorado has an Eaton manual, hands down the best transmission I have ever owned. Sadly, you can’t get a Colorado with a manual transmission anymore. I’m hoping mine will last me the rest of my life.
