  1. Guilty, but which charge was it? Motive is irrelevant, but the defense lawyer keeps talking about it. He says here “she’s not a killer,” but it was an undisputed fact that she killed her mother.

  5.  @Ser-w4n — The judge will not vacate the verdict. Sydney Powell can get mental health treatment while incarcerated. She can also get education while incarcerated. She should be placed somewhere which will help her.

  6. I don’t think that is unethical. He is her advocate. It would be unethical for the judge to say that.
