  3. SAG Safety Bulletins make it crystal clear that actirs have a responsibility for safety. Baldwin was not only an actor, but a producer. Of course he has responsibility. Besides, work rules and protocols do not have precedence over state laws.

  5. It was different. You need to look into the details of that case. Every case is decided on its own facts and applicable law. A case in one state is not a precedent for a case in another state anyway. Different facts and different law.

  6. In a properly managed scene, firearms are not pointed directly at other actors. In the scene at the "Rust" set, there should not have bern anyone at the camera when the revolver was pointed directly at it. In a rare case when it might be necessary to point a firearm directly at a person, the firearm should be oroven safe. Baldwin and Hutchins both should have demanded it. It was recklessness all around. As for Baldwin's description of how it happened, I don't believe it. Hutchins is not here to refute it. There is one survivor, though. I wonder if he will testify.

  7. "Video"? There is no video of the actual incident. His demonstration of what he did is just his testimony, which may or may not be accurate.

  8. "It shot her"? That's how Baldwin characterizes it. The person holding the revolver is responsible for everything that it "does.". Where it is pointed. Whether it is fired. Especially whether it is safe.

  11. No more than anywhere else. This isn't personal. The only thing that matters is whether he is criminally culpable, and that question should be decided by people who neither hate nor love him. Jurors are supposed to be unbiased.

  13. He has not been chargd with murder and he won't be. So far, there is no evidence of murder. It is irresponsible to make such an allegation.
