  2. I don’t agree. Her actions and statements as described by this witness were disgusting. What she wears to court is just her personal choice. It is not my place to question the meaning of any religious symbols she chooses to wear.

  5. The witnesses are black because they were there and that happens to be their color. If there were a white witness, s/he would testify. Witnesses are not called for their color, they are called because of what they saw and heard.

  7. “Malice murder” distinguishes the charge from “felony murder,” with which she is also charged. The jury will decide.

  8. She is showing up in court, isn’t she? To deny bond, the court must be convinced that she is a flight risk or a danger to the community. She hasn’t killed anyone else, has she? I expect she is not allowed to have a firearm as a condition of release.
