People should reserve judgment, of course, and recognize that only the jury can decide the case, but on the other hand people may talk all they please if they are not on the jury. This is a circumstantial case, but there is quite a bit of circumstantial evidence. I think it does not look good for her.

  3. In a circumstantial case, it is the aggragation of circumstances that makes the case. If the van is identical to her own van as to make, model, year, color, and visible accessories, and in the right place at the right time, that is strong evidence, even without the license plate.

  5. There is more than one policy, which she wrote as an insurance agent. There were parts for her handgun purchased on eBay, but not found. There is video of a van which they believe is hers in the area in a small window of time during which the murder took place.
