  1. We don’t know where Maggie was when he first shot Paul. We don’t need to know that precisely. Two shots with a shotgun requires just a couple seconds, and switching guns another couple of seconds at most. Maggie fell with her face toward the feed room, so she was coming toward the shooter.

  2. I liked his testimony, except I think he missed the possibility (probability in my mind) that Murdaugh was sitting down when he fired, probably in the ATV.
