  1.  @slimerone  — No, it isn’t. It depends on age. People become legal adults in an instant, but they don’t acquire adult judgment in an instant. They grow into adult responsibilities. Teens are of sufficient age to learn about what affects their own health and to make some choices for themselves. Vaccination is one such choice.
