  2. cfcreative — There is no such thing as a “real democracy.” “Democracy” is metely the principle that the people have political power. The principle can be implemented in many places and in many ways in our republican system of government. Knowing “the truth” (whatever that is) has nothing to do with it. I am always suspicious of people who claim to have “the truth.” Nearly always, they are nuts.
