Try Alibris, or Powell's.

But the Serway/Jewett book she recommended is cheap.

Whatever an engineer needs to understand the things he or she works on. I expect most engineers do not need general relativity, for example.

Anybody who drives should at least learn the fundamentals of momentum and energy.

I discovered Feynman when I was in HS in the 1960s. I’ve always liked Feynman’s style, but it seems clear he is not Dr. Collier’s favorite. It’s fine. She’s a physicist and I’m just a retired engineer with an interest in physics. Not enough interested to learn it the way she proposes here, though. I have The Feynman Lectures and I look into them once in awhile. I do like this presentation. It’s clear Dr. C. knows these books and has good reasons why she prefers one over another. If I were 50 years younger and had the time and inclination to delve deeper into the subject, I would take her recommendations seriously.

I think a used copy of the Serway/Jewett book she discussed would be it. Older editions are pretty cheap.

Most people will get more from reading history of science than from actual science books, but she is clearly directing her remarks to serious students of science.

Mathematics is essential to physics. Without it, you have only narrative about concepts in physics.

She didn't really criticize it. She said she didn't know what it was.
