  9. I think she does have this wrong. Roemer was measuring the time between eclipses as Earth moved toward and away from Jupiter. Timing the duration of an eclipse would have been a much more difficult measurement at the time. Many accounts of this experiment are wrong. It is easy to find the very document she shows on the screen. I have read it and think she needs to read it again more carefully.
