  3. This cycle will repeat... This country should take education seriously, though k1-12 is free. College is very costly,people become easily homeless because they can not compete with others in terms of educational attainment and credentials... They are citizens in a good country but only a skill level... Also, encourage people to plant and have a home garden, it is very helpful to save food. Leaving at 18,is not that good, young adults need support from parents for college until their first professional job. Leaving at 18 still too early, many caught in drug addiction, early pregnancy, single parenthood... Unending cycle of poverty...
