  1. When have you ever seen a green ask for proof that one of their policies has actually improved any of the metrics they claim to care about? These are the people who shut down regulated domestic hydrocarbon production and then beg countries with no environmental regulations to pick up the slack. These are the people shrugged when it came out that we sent most of our "recycling" to China because their container ships would otherwise return empty and China just burned the plastic, gave Chinese people cancer, and actually did more harm to the planet than if they had just left it in landfills. These are the people who grant licenses for wind turbine operators to kill endangered bald eagles. These are the people who will force the populations of cities whose power grid is primarily supplied by coal to buy electric cars in order to create coal-powered cars. Eliminating the world's most environmentally regulated natural gas production in order to force the world to burn more coal is par for the course for "environmentalists."
