If Japan's autonomous weapons cause the situations that their science fiction has been predicting for decades, the first couple of countries to get wiped off the face of the earth will probably have it coming. Although, we Americans might find out shortly thereafter that Tokyo has more hard feelings about Hiroshima and Nagasaki than they let on. That said, I'm more worried about the countries that want to seize regional (or international) hegemony through force (i.e. Russia, China, and Iran).
