All the more reason why it is unforgivable that western leaders refused to support the Iranian people when they risked their lives to demand the end of the evil and oppressive theocratic government who provided the political support, weapons, training, and logistics for October 7th. The massacre never would have happened if the west had supported their demands for free and fair elections. But, western leaders would rather try to buy off a genocidal dictatorship with oil than make friends with the people of a once vibrant democratic country. If Israel frees the people of Iran from their dictator and helps to facilitate legitimate elections, we might actually live to see an era of relative peace between the sons of Abraham. MBS isn't the only leader in the region who knows that the oil rich countries have a limited window to use their wealth to branch out into peaceful trade before new energy technology returns them to poverty.
