  1. I always thought the plural of "misdiagnosis" was "misdiagnoses". Someone will correct me if I'm wrong. Yet, this is a fascinating and startling report! 😲 Surely the fungus is endemic in Mexico? And why is Texas not OBLIGATED to report cases? That's negligence. Let's hope our understanding, detection and infection treatment improve rapidly. M 🦘🏏😎
