  1. The Aussie "RATS OF TOBRUK" were CRUCIAL to stopping Rommel in Africa. But they were brilliant ground troops and didn't fly in Liberators. Thank goodness. Taking off and dealing with a sandstorm would be horrific. 😮 But being lost in the Sahara is far worse - especially without provisions... M 🦘🏏😎
