  1. The VIC government did not have enough people / employees to do the contact tracing that was required BEFORE they stuffed up the hotel so-called 'quarantine'. They had no safety net, no chance to make a mistake and they then made the worst 'mistake' possible. And the whole country now has to deal with Andrews' f*ck ups...... 👎🙄😡
