  1. Telling people to evacuate but not arranging somewhere for them to go first? This is proof that there is a total lack of care and consideration in CCP culture. Awful. It also seems that Chinese engineers will become expert at filling sudden, large holes in the ground. But surely, PREVENTION is better than cure... M 🦘🏏😎
