  1. There is no rule of law in CCP China - only authoritarian control. Of course a bank is liable for the theft of customers' money - to suggest otherwise is pure nonsense. But that's the CCP. If the people CAN'T TRUST the banks, there may well be a run on the banks - which is exactly what the CCP doesn't want. The CCP is full of utter morons 🤪 who impose counter-productive policies. M 🦘🏏😎
