  1. Are the Chinese people really as dim as they seem here? 😮 Do they know nothing about buying property? Even in a toxic market like China's, the rules of money still apply... Also, the word "house" is erroneously used - most of the properties are APARTMENTS or UNITS. A house is a free-standing structure. Better to use the word "property". All developments that are open to the elements will eventually rot and collapse. M 🦘🏏😎
