  2. What's the strength of the current / tide in the harbour? Losing power TWICE means the vessel is at the mercy of the water. How many knots was she making and how much does she weigh? She couldn't have hit the bridge more directly if she tried - sadly. What's cost to rebuild the bridge? Who pays? Is the Captain / Master responsible for injuries and deaths caused? M 🦘🏏😎
